Just finished the book. Inhaled every word. Cried. Sighed. Experienced it as much as a reader can, as if it happened yesterday.
LOVED the ending words, "What really matters more at the moment of our death than the legacy of love we have left behind and the promise of new life and continuing love that we have been given for the future?"
Wow. God has gifted Chris Edge with the ability to communicate precisely, concisely, and beautifully. He has also obviously taken his heart of stone, and replaced it with a heart of flesh, able to experience and share ALL that life has to give.
Praise God for all He has done, and continues to do!
This easy-to-read but hard-to-put-down book is an account of the short life of baby Joseph Edge. The author, Joseph's dad, captures the emotions and heartbreak of losing a precious infant. (Kleenex needed.)
